What it means
A solid recommended-track line, often labelled with reciprocal bearings, indicates the line intended to be followed. One-way arrows are separate route information when present.
Why it matters
Recommended does not mean guaranteed clear for every vessel. Check depth, draught, traffic, tide, and cross-track effects.
